Where?
At your Doorstep (the shoreline)! We tractor out a floating dock (you have to see it to understand it) and you're off!
Why?
Rancho Buena Vista is located right on the beach in the middle of the Bay of Palms on the East Cape of Los Cabos, Mexico. The waters of the Sea of Cortez are world renowned for great fishing, both offshore and inshore and are teeming with every kind of fish imaginable. The local captains have been fishing these waters all of their life and know how to get you on the fish.
How Long is the trip?
Anglers get on their boats between 6:00 and 7:30 in the morning and will generally return between 2:00 and 4:00 depending upon the fishing group on each boat. We also offer evening fishing trips...for those, we'll book when you are there.
What's the Cost?
Fishing boats range from super-pangas (center-console outboard boats) to Island Hopper Super-Cruisers to Luxury Private fishing Cruisers. Daily boat rates (US Dollars) are as follows:
$285 Super Pangas - Max 3 Anglers\
$445 28' Cruisers - Max 4 Angler
$495 30' Cruisers - Max 4 Anglers
$700 37' Egg Harbor "En Caliente" - Max 5 Anglers
What's Included in the Price?
- Fishing licenses for each angler (good for one week)
- Taxes
- Standard Tackle for each boat
- Packed Lunches for every angler
What's NOT Included?
- Bait for each day's fishing (your boat will have bait available for purchase)
- Beverages - We'll make sure to get your drink order before your trip and will stock one of our coolers accordingly
- Non-Standard Tackle - You'll get tackle that works for your boat, and we'll discuss any additional tackle requirements (light tackle, fly rods, etc)
- Post-fishing tips for the captain and mate - Tips vary based on the quality of the experience.
