 Eating meals at Rancho Buena Vista begins with the legendary family dining room where decades of guests have shared stories with other guests while eating the best food on the East Cape.  Our meals are served family-style, with large plates of sumptuous meals served on large platters that are passed from group to group as one large family.  We have a fixed menu for every day of the week, so that you are never eating the same meal twice. 

Our focus on providing the best possible experience is not complete without a focus on providing you the best food, with the best atmosphere.  Prior to your vacation, we'll check with you regarding specific food allergies and to provide alternative food for our vegetarian and vegan guests.

The Legendary Rancho Buena Vista Bar

Where you'll discuss the day and plan for the next day

Located right on the beach, the Rancho Buena Vista bar is legendary on the East Cape.  This is where our guests meet up after their action-packed days to share stories and wait for dinner.  Satellite TV, wireless internet service, and IPod capable stereo await you here.  A great place to connect with the world at home and to make connections with friends, family, and new friends you'll meet during your stay.

Dominoes, Chess, Poker Chips are available for our guests to play while they enjoy their favorite beverage at the bar.

Bar Hours

Bar hours vary based on the guests, but typically the bar is open from 12:00 PM until 10:00 at night.  Upon request, the bar can stay open earlier or close later.

Our Pool and Hot Tub

Perfect for Relaxation and family fun

In between the bar and the restaurant is our pool and hot tub.  Surrounding the pool are ample reclining chairs for our guests that want to sunbathe or read a book.  And we've just replaced our hot tub for 2010.  While this may not seem like a good idea for our summer guests, our winter guests will certainly appreciate the 7-person luxury hot tub located right next to the pool.  Pool towels are complimentary and extra towels are available upon request at the front desk.

Like everything else at Rancho Buena Vista, the pool is right on the water, and is within steps of most of our rooms.
